GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The establishment reserves the right to reject your reservation in the event of the official accredited bodies failing to validate your bank card number.
This reservation, guaranteed by your bank card number, is considered to be firm and final (save in the case of cancellation in the circumstances set out below) with effect from the communication of your reservation set out on the confirmation document :

                        -advised on line at the time of the reservation.
                        -confirmed by E-mail at the address which you gave in the reservation form.

Settlement for the attached services shall be made direct to the establisment, on the terms and conditions which the latter operates, and which shall be described to you on your arrival.
The reservation shall be guaranteed at the rates and on the terms and conditions shown for that period .
The accommodation rates shown on the reservation may be ajusted by the establisment according to the number of people accupying the room(s).
Those terms and conditions may not necessarily be applied to subsequent reservations.
As a general rule, guests should arrive before 6 p.m. If you are arriving later than that, you should get in touch with reception by telephone on 03.21.01.11.11.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION

A reservation may be cancelled up to 3 days before 6 p.m. on the date of your arrival.
A delay in cancellation of less than 3 days, a reservation which is not cancelled or a no-show on your part, shall give rise to a charge for one night's stay at the rate shown on your reservation.
